Ever heard of the “silent majority?” Sure you have. You may even be a member.
And there’s a big problem with the silent majority: They’re silent!
They don’t spend much time explaining, disputing, or persuading. They’re busy going to work. Going to church. Paying their mortgage. Raising a family.
But silence is dangerous.
It’s dangerous because there are individuals eroding our foundational values. They are doing this through the educational system, entertainment, and media.
At dinner on day my grand-daughter complained that the high school history class doesn’t teach much about the United States history.
Her cousin was marked down on an essay about people they admire because she wrote about Donald Trump.
One classroom teacher told them that George Soros is a hero.
These people have infiltrated our system and are turning culture away from values of God, family, and country. They are doing this almost entirely without resistance and it’s turning into a silent coup against American principles.
It’s been going on for more than a generation.
Do you know some on the left are arguing that the display of the American flag is “racist?” You see how much is at stake here.
The silent majority must speak up more. It should combat the erosion of values directly and out loud. If it doesn’t, most of our values will be gone within a generation. The United States of America will become a dark shadow of itself.
I want to use this blog to help people speak up more.
Where do we start?
Be aware of how this trend began. It began in the 1920s with Marxist Antonio Gramsci. He pushed the idea of revolution based on culture, instead of class. In other words, he believed the reason Marxism failed was because working-class values like religion, country, and family were too prevalent.
His idea spread in the 1950s and 60 to another group of German Marxists “intellectuals” who came to the U.S. and began teaching in American universities.
This group – the “Frankfurt School” – brought a new approach: using students, feminists, and minorities (people who did not fit in well with society) as the “tip of the spear” to change the culture. And with this spear the “New Left” started pushing the country toward the “divisive, politically-correct world of gender, racial, and sexual politics we know today.” (Dangerous, Milo Yiannopoulis.)
What do we do about it?
Argue against it. Write against it. Speak against it. Show up in opposition to this erosion, and reassert the importance of western culture and American values.
This needs to happen in our schools, higher education, entertainment, and politics. American values created the wealthiest, most powerful, and most free nation on earth.There have been 184 stabbing attacks and 129 attempted stabbings; 161 shootings; 60 vehicular (ramming) attacks; and one vehicular (bus) bombing.nation on earth.
If you do not believe that these values are worth fight for you’re reading the wrong blog. And if these values are wrong, why is it that so many people across the world want to migrate to this country?
